August 27 2014 I lost my phone. I called the T-Mobile Insurance when I found my lost phone on 9/13/14. I want to return the new claim phone to T-Mobile and get back my $150. But they said the expiration of the seven days , I can't return the new phone. I ask them to unlock the old phone. They ask me to call T-Mobile,But T-Mobile ask me to call T-Mobile Insurance. I 'm really angry. Now what can I do ?
