How to pay EIP without inflating bill

I'd like to pay my balance of my EIP which is 425. How can I do this without my next bill being for $800?

In the past whenever I made early EIP payments, my next bill has always inflated by that amount for some reason that has still yet to be explained to me in a understanding way. I'd like to simply pay off this plan and switch carries.

Thank you.

For example. If I had a balance of $0.00 and a monthly bill of $100 and made a EIP payment of $25 my next bill would be for $125 despite already paying the $25.00 EIP payment once. To me this comes out to a $150 monthly bill, and being charged twice for the $25 payment.

0.00

-25.00 (This amount is withdrawn and paid from my bank account)

-----------

-$25.00 (This is the early EIP payment balance on the account)

+25.00 (This charge is to "balance" the account to 0.00 -understandable)

-----------

0.00 (New account balance before next bill)

$100.00 (Normal monthly bill charge)

-----------

$125.00 (What the bill will actually show up as - this is where I am lost. Why is my bill $125 despite already paying the $25 once from my bank account)
