I am having a great deal of trouble verifying my corporate discount online, and received a text message on 09/09/2014 reminding me to "Renew your T-Mobile Advantage Program discount by 9/15. If you haven't already, check your eligibility: t-mobile.com/advantagediscount". Neither the email option nor the pay stub option have been successful for me.
I know that new Advantage Program discounts are no longer added to accounts as of 04/01/2014, however, I have been enrolled since before this date and John Legere's blog post from 03/28/2014 titled "Update: With Simple Choice, Value & Transparency Are For Everyone" stated that "Everyone enrolled in the Advantage Program or who applied to enroll before April 1st will be able to keep a rate plan discount as long as they work at a participating employer and remain on a qualifying plan. All of our Simple Choice plans currently qualify. We will be asking that customers participate in a simple annual online employer verification. That's it."
I have not changed my employer or plan, and through conversation with both Next Jump, Inc. and T-Mobile Customer Care in Portland, have verified that I am indeed still qualified for my existing discount and that it should *not* be removed from my account, but for whatever reason am not able to complete the online verification process. I was instructed on 09/03/2014 by T-Mobile Customer Care to send an email to mcsamigrations@t-mobilesupport.com, and sent it on 09/09/2014. I received an automated response stating that Case ID 9627069 was opened, but have not heard anything back since and am concerned that 09/15/2014 will come to pass and the discount will be incorrectly removed from my account. The email that I sent is included below. Will you please assist me ASAP with this matter, as the advantage discount played a large part of my decision to have my 4 Phone and 2 Tablet lines with T-Mobile? Thank you in advance!
