JUMP! issue

I want to upgrade to the iPhone 6. I came from Verizon earlier this year during the ETF buyout period. I signed both of my family's lines up for the JUMP! program in anticipation of the iPhone 6 and being able to continue to have the latest and greatest. I went to check today to see how much I will need to put down on my phone and see my EIP hasn't been crediting to my number, but rather in the general account.Around a month or two ago I saw my wife's phone payments began displaying under her number but my payments stayed on the account page. We haven't missed a payment so what do i need to do to get this fixed so I can upgrade?
