So, back on September 11th I called into TMobile to set up a payment extension on my bill (I have three lines, and my bill was $320 this month). The sales rep I spoke with on the phone had told me that I would be able to set up a ten day extension (which is the norm), and that I also had the option of going online and setting up a payment date for up to 14 days from the due date. The sales rep even mentioned that I could do the payment date ON TOP of the 10 day extension, and she had told me about a time when she herself had to do the same.
Today, I log online and try to setup a payment date for the 22nd, only 1 day after the expected payment, and they are now telling me this can not be done. They "apologized" for the sales rep misleading me, but as always there is nothing they can do about it, and I will more than likely have my service disconnected for failure to pay on the 21st.
THANKS FOR NOTHING ONCE AGAIN TMOBILE!
Once my phones are paid off I will be DONE with this company.
