International Call Charges over $1000 - Need Help!!!

I have a bill with International Call Charges over $1000. I need help in resolving this situation. I would like to admit its may fault but i never received a notification via text/email/phone call from T-Mobile that i'm incurring high usage charges until the billing cycle ended and my service was suspended for the above reason.

Here is the long story of what happened. I have a 2 line family plan and on September 3rd I added Unlimited Stateside International Calling plan accidentally to my wife's phone number on the plan instead of adding it on my number. Starting on 3rd of September was making international calls daily under the assumption that my phone number has unlimited international calls. My phone service was suspended all of a sudden on the 13th of September when the billing cycle ended and when i called the customer service i was informed that i have accumulated over $1000 dollars in international call charges. I never received one single text/email/notification that i'm incurring high usage charges. Looking at my detailed bill, i noticed i was billed $100+ for international calls on one day alone, why there was not even a one single notification from T-Mobile??? Then I called T-Mobile customer service on Monday September 14th explaining my situation that i accidentally placed Unlimited Stateside International Calling plan accidentally to my wife's phone number and requested the customer service agent if he could backdate the international calling plan and add it to my number the charges as a one time courtesy(which ATT previously has done it for me for roaming charges when i travelled l overseas, where they would backdate and add roaming package to avoid high charges). I was told by the customer service agent he had taken care of the charges. But when i checked my bill today i found my current bill to be ~1200$. I cannot afford to pay a bill this high. I accept it's my mistake that i added the calling plan to the wrong number in my plan but T-Mobile could have notified me that i'm incurring high usage charges when this started happening. Please HELP!!!!
