Unapproved charges and bill twice what promised 2 months in a row now!!

We are new to T-Mobile and our bill has yet to be what was told to us..not even close. For 2 months now we are being charged for purchases we DID NOT make and our bill is twice what we were told. And the same amount both months. Ridiculous amounts! Is anyone else having this problem and if so, what did you do to get it corrected??
