On July 18 2011, I went into the T-Mobile store to ask a question about our poor coverage. The sales Rep asked for identification, which I provided y Military ID card. He then proceeded to tell me that we didn't have the Military discount on the account, and asked if I would like that applied. I consented, and the conversation moved on. NO WHERE in that conversation was it informed of another 2 YEAR RENEWAL. Oh my goodness, I am already unhappy with the service... and had NO intention of renewal. In fact, it was told to me that the contract was up in December 2012. So.... here we are, like sitting ducks ( at least this is how I feel) I have contacted T-Mobile on several occasion both over the phone and through "live chat" on the website. All with no resolve! I feel like T-Mobile could care less about their customer satisfaction.
There is such poor coverage in my house, that my son had accidentally pocket dialed 911... When 911 attempted to call him back ( I believe once the call finally came through, it was after 4-5 attempts) the 911 operator was EXTREMELY upset. Even an emergency call can't even get through????!!! Are you kidding me? After that complaint, T-Mobile tried to pitch I get some device that I keep in my home to ramp up the signal..... then I was told if the device got damaged it would be like $600.00 to replace. That is $600 that I am RESPONSIBLE for. I declined, as I have pets and children, and didn't want to spend my days afraid this "signal booster" would get damaged. UNBELIEVABLE!
So, now here we are..... having to wait until July 2014 to get out of this nightmare! Why do I have to pay the price month after month, and have to stay with T-Mobile until 2014 if I can't even count on decent cell phone coverage? Where is that fair? I WANT OUT OF MY CONTRACT NOW!!!!! So, I willl send this email now, and I am not holding my breath that I'll get a response anytime soon. In fact, I will be in shock if I EVER hear anything from T-Mobile regarding this email.
Signed,
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
