I have, for the past several months, been charged $10 per month for some "premium service" that I did not request or authorize. T-Mobil Customer support has been of NO help. It has been 5 weeks and the charge is there, again!
Googling the company "Mobi Spin" produces a litany of complaints aboout this same practice. Why doesn't T-Mobil stand up for its customers? Instead of just saying that they "have no control over it. ********. T-Mobil produces the bills, and makes payments to this bunch of crooks. Any good IT guy could find a way of blocking billing from this company and redirect the payment back to the customer.
Customer service is of no assistance. The customer rep in India is the recipient of much abuse, but can provide no assistance. Just the address of customer support, to whom you can write a letter. That gets me off the phone and kicks the can down the road to someone else. Meanwhile, I'm still having to pay the bill.
It is getting to the point that it would be cheaper for me to go to a pre-paid plan, and absorb the early termination penalty.
