I have used both the chat feature and also called customer service. They have no record of my NoStrings reward of one month of service!!! They don't even know what it is!!! I was counting on this credit! I even offered to take a picture of the mailer received but they can't help me. I should be receiving the credit in january but my online bill amount does not reflect that. Neither agent could help me.
Obviously there are some communication issues within T-mobile.
