I have spent the last month going back and forth with customer service i have spoken to 5 agents including a supervisor due to the face my bill was processed without the EIP charges for my 4 phones without my consent the first agent i spoke to basically told me i dont know why we didnt charge you the second advised it was due to hurricane sandy which i live in florida so it doesnt apply anyway. i told them i want it fixed i will not be charged a double eip payment or extend my payments by a month due to their mistake and i have told them that i also have advised i will not pay my bill until fixed the supervisor i spoke with on 12/24 advised me she submitted a trouble ticket and after finally getting resolution information out of her i was advised a correct bill date of 12/26 then it was still incorrect so i contacted once again i was advised there is a ticket in but they cant do anything then i contacted again this time i was advised there was a ticket in mind you this was my payment due date but i was also advised they dont know when it will be resolved i once again explained i will not accept or pay these charges until these are correct the incompetent agent then directed me to just pay the amount as if the charges are there and it will just fix itself even though the resources clearly state any payment will NOT be applied to the EIP unless it is billed they also state any over payment will just be applied to next months service charges. so his next bright idea was to extend my payment until jan 7 stating he hopes they will fix my bill by then and i once again told them i will not pay until it is correct and i will not pay any late fees or any fees assesed due to their mistake so tiday once again 6 days befor the end of this payment arrangment and one month into this arguement my bill is still incorrect and wouldnt you know it customer service isnt available so i will be contacting again tommorow to attempt to get this resolved. I think will have to take legal action for tmobile to ever do their part and correct their mistake after attempting to force me to either double pay my EIP or extend my term without my consent thereby breaching our agreement this company is shady and if i have to i will go to the attorney general and even farther whatever i have to do to get this issue resolved i dont even want any handouts i just want my time in hell with my tmobile contract to be simple til i can finally leave this useless company just pay my bill every month the right amount thats all i want. but after this shenanigans i want my contracts reviewed and canceled due to tmobile attempting to change the terms in our agreement without notification in writing or any consent from me.
side note: as of 1/1/13 i do not in any way or for any reson consent to tmobile extending my contract or service agreement on any of my four lines.
