Change in coverage. What is my remedy

I have been a Tmobile customer since 2010 (non contractual plan) and then entered into a contract with Tmobile in August 2011 (without receiving a subsidized device -provided my own Tmobile compatible device).

Beginning July 2012 I noticed that my Tmobile coverage went from poor to none till I go up 1/8th of a mile when I suddenly have full bars. I attributed this to a new device that I had just bought but upon checking with some of my friends who had Tmobile devices I noticed that their devices also had equally poor coverage at my primary address.

That begain my very frustrating journey of countless calls and hours spent getting this issue resolved from opening a service ticket to technical troubleshooting to advance technical troubleshooting to emails from contract review and contact with customer loyalty team and multitude of chats.  1 month later I still do not have a satisfactory resolution and finally I was told today that I was just SOL.

So the gist of the outcome is Tmobile cannot / will not do anything about my coverage and yet I still have to maintain my contract the rest of the year !

I wanted to check if ny other Tmobiles customers have had better luck than I have before I write to FCC / BBB and wait 60 days before I serve their arbitration company with a notice to dispute the contract.
