T-mobile, I was informed yesterday by CS that my contract was extended for an additional two years due to a change I made in August 25, 2011. I DID NOT authorize the extension of my contract when I made the change and was not informed about any contract duration changes. I would never authorize contract extension for making a change.
A customer can literally sign up and give you hundreds/thousands of dollars within 10 minutes. It should not take you 10 days to correct your mistake. Whenever I call I am told by your rep that "I am an outstanding customer". It's time to live up to your compliments and treat your customers as outstanding customers.
I emailed your contract dispute department and did they did not respond. Please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue.
