I haven't had much luck dealing with t-mobile representatives in person, and i don't know my "password" for help on the phone, so i figured i'd ask on here,
if i have the "Value Family UNL Talk & Text" and have been told that i have unlimited texting, why am i getting extra "messaging charges" on top of this? last month it was $71.00, this month it's $111.60! i really don't know how i could go over on unlimited texts.
i'm hoping someone here can help me get this straightened out, or i will be forced to find a new cell phone provider.
