Unsatisfied Customer

This is the very first time I had problem with this carrier.  The sales rep convinced me that my monthly payment will only go up $20.00 but when I received my first bill, they charged me $360.71 (4 phones) claiming that the 2 phones I cancelled the data plan shows I have used it and charged me $1.99/mb.  The rep that processed my cancellation back dated the plan when I cancelled it between 2-3 weeks prior to my billing period.  They did make the adjustment for the data plan charges but still unhappy with the service I received from the store at the mall because they never give you the exact monthly payment you will receive.  I used to pay between $127.00 - $135.00/mo and now the bill is $260.00 because of the EIP that was not mentioned when we renew and purchase the phones.  I thought the sales rep were very helpful and understanding their customers financial situation even I mentioned it to her but she wasn't very specific of what I will expect on my monthly bill.  When I went back at the store to discuss my bill, she just told me that I signed the contract and agreed to the EIP.  Now I have to pay $1400.00 EIP charges for 22 months plus $182.00 monthly service.  I wish there's a way I can cancel my service and get a different carrier but if I cancel it, I will have to pay $200.00 for each phone cancellation.  If the service that you provide to the customer will continue like this, a lot of customers will find a better and affordable carrier.
