I want everyone to be aware of the Value plans and when a rep tells you a phone is free. They mean no down payment. They never mention owing any money. You agree to contract and then afterwards you get an email that says you owe, in my case, $400. Then you have no recourse. No one to talk to. You are referred to customer relations that you have to WRITE to. That you don't get a response back from. It should have been settled in one day instead I went from no contract (long time customer of 15 years) to a 2 yr contract paying more for a phone I don't have. I saw the bill and didn't sign it so I have no phone but a contract that apparently is sealed in stone that only goes to that phone. This is just all so disappointing and wish I had seen this support site before and read all the unbelievable issues everyone is having with this company. I always had good service in the past. Received a free phone upgrade every 2 years. never has anyone said something was free and then billed me. This is new I'm sure with all the new plans and deals going on I don't think they even know what they are doing. Just get that contract, promise free and then ignore. BEWARE!
