Viewing Current Month's Bill Online?

Last week - on Thursday, to be precise - I receive email notification that my latest bill is ready to view. I click the link and see that, no, it isn't ready to view. I figure that it's fine, it's the end of a month (and a short month at that), I'll give them a day. Then another. Then the weekend. Today I have a few minutes, and I decided to call - it is, after all, getting a bit ridiculous, since they sent out an email and all. Plus, the current balance actually reflects the new balance, and not the old one.

After entering my phone number, the last four digits of my social and perhaps my blood type, I am connected to a lovely person, who shall remain nameless for now, and she proceeds to tell me how to get to the billing page - but not before first telling me that she needs to know my phone number (twice) and the last four digits of my social (and perhaps my blood type). Eventually she seems to understand that I am not having problems getting to the page, since I am not only able to get there on my own, but I have followed a link in an email (phishers? what are they?).

At this point, I explain carefully, repeatedly and in an ever-escalating voice that I do this every month, just the same as I have time after time. I explain carefully that I have gone through the problem with not being able to print out my bill. I explain that I have tried the process multiple times and with multiple browsers. I explain that I get the idea of retrieving a bill online and I don't need help with getting to the page itself, but thank you for trying because you are awfully sweet.

The problem is that the information is wrong. The current balance does not match the bill details or the little graph on the bill summary or the date and that is where I need help. She offers to file a ticket, which may or may not have happened.

So now I figured I would ask - am I the only person who is seeing this, or is it happening to anyone else?
