I upgraded my lines about 2 months ago, when I upgrade the lines I told the web I only needed a $10 data for all my lines, but the rep ended up giving me a $35 data instead. So I called in to Tmobile and asked the rep to change that, she said she could not do that. I asked her why, she said I already had a good deal on the price of the phones so she can't help me change to $10, the best she could do is change to $20 and backdate to the date when I first upgrade my lines, so I had to agree since it's still better than $35. I then asked to adjust the phone price since it was not charged correctly. Again, she gave me the same reason for not able to do adjust it. So I gave up on discussing about since I knew she wouldn't do it. So I then asked her to remove the insurance on the acct so I can at least save money on that, she said okay. However, once I got my bill, I realized that the lines still $35 data and the worse it's that some of the lines has both data charges: $35 & $20. Also the insurance was never removed. So my intension to save more money ended paying more. Tmobile really sucks. They have tons of excuses to not cancel or downgrade the features, because that will mean they will make less money out of you. Also the reps are very irresponsible, because if the 1st rep would came back to my acct and did a followup like she promise then I wouldn't have to a 2nd rep who made my acct worse.
Is there anyone in T-Mobile that truely wants to HELP CUSTOMERS like me?
