I moved one of my lines out of T-Mobile because of lack of coverage, after giving T-Mobile many opportunities to solve their signal problem. They charged $200 cancellation fee, I filed a complaint internally and was rejected, later with the FCC and T-Mobile Executive Customer Relations rejected my complaint.
Does anyone know the procedure to appeal to the FCC?
I asked T-Mobile but they refused to inform me the appeal process, they want to win the case by taking advantage of an uneducated consumer.
