I am very upset with T-Mobile who did a BAIT & SWITCH on me, droping signal and charging $200 Early Termination Fee for moving one line to another company, even when they have no signal and did not subsidized the phone.
I signed up with T-Mobile a year ago, bought two phones and brought three other unlocked phones to the Family Plan. At first all my family had signal at home and at my daughter's college. But in August last year all 3G phones lost their signal and could only talk clearly in open air or balcony, not inside the home or buildings.
After no less than 8 calls to customer service who made me reset the phones and 60 minutes of useless procedures, each time, I had to move my daughter in college to another carrier for safety reasons, as T-Mobile was useless indoors.
Now they are charging me for cancelling one line $200.
After complaining to T-Mobile Executive offices, they declined to credit me because I have used the line. Yes I use the line when I can get a signal, and I am paying for it, but it is not providing quality signal and voice.
In conclusion, T-Mobile is abusive, does anything to get you to sign a contract and then mistreats you as a customer.
What a way to build a business!!!
