I just made a payment online toward my equipment of 80.00 and it shows on my recent payments as equipment payment, but it also shows that it reduced my monthly bill by 80.00 dollars. On the receipt i printed out it shows as an airtime payment so i called customer service and they told me that i would still need to make my payment that was due before it got reduced and that the next months bill would show an 80.00 credit and that it would be applied to my equipment balance this sounds kind of wierd can anyone confirm if this is what actually happens.
