Online payment with credit card not working

I have been trying for a week to add minutes to my prepaid account with a credit card but the links on that page do not work. I tried the "Credit or Debit Card" radio button and the "Electronic Check " button with no response. In fact none of the links on the entire page work. I'm using Internet Explorer on Windows XP and change the settings to log errors and I received this message: "HTTP Status 500 Error Message : Server encountered internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request."  Are you having a problem with the payment processing server?
