Missing Credit

Hello,

 

I've been a T-Mobile postpaid customer for over 6 years.  Recently I switched to prepaid and was told that I'd receive a $5 credit on my Monthly 4G account.   It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten the credit.  Can someone please help?

Before I finalize the request here's the terms and conditions for conversion: Here's the terms and conditions of conversion: The conversion will be processed in approximately 24 hours. You will need to purchase a T-Mobile Monthly 4G refill coupon to activate minutes, or by pressing *ADD you can purchase them over the phone with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. You may use you current handset, mobile number, and SIM card. You will need to provide the 4-digit PIN code you created to gain access to your T-Mobile Monthly 4G account. You will receive a $5 courtesy credit on your T-Mobile Monthly 4G account to set up your new voicemail box, and your postpaid voicemail box will be deleted once the conversion is complete. The balance from your old account will not transfer to the T-Mobile Monthly 4G account. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your postpaid account when the account is cancelled (e.g., Early Termination Fee, remaining charges on your postpaid account, FlexAccount balance). If you were registered on My T-Mobile, you will need to re-register after the conversion.
