I used to be a flex plan customer but was converted to prepay last year. When I had the flex pay plan I could pay via my bank's online bill payment but that option is not available for prepaid customers. I would like to have that option back. Contract customers continued to have that payment option after flex pay customers were converted to prepaid and lost the option. Why is that option not available? Is there any chance of having that option in the future?
