I bought 2 Galaxy Note 2 from bestbuy online for tmobile service but decided to cancel it but bestbuy said they already shipped it and all I had to do was refuse shipment for it to be returned. So I did just that. and they verified they got the phone back. But after 2 weeks or so I got a bill from T-mobile for my service for those phone.......I called them up and said I didn't even recieve the phone or activate the service, they said they'll make a note in the acc and that I should contact bestbuy to tell call them. So I did just that, but they phone calls from t-mobile continue to come. They're trying to charge me around $440 for something I did not recieve nor activated. They keep phoning me while I'm sleeping or at work since I work night shift. It's really annoying. Sometime I pick up the phone and tell them I did not recieve the phone nor activate the acc but my prepaid minutes cut me off half way (great timing lol) and they still keep calling me.
As I know it, the people calling me are now collection agency -.- and I don't know how to get it into their head. I never really have the time or patience to pick up their phone calls. I'm never really fully awake in the day time =/
Do their online chat take care of these stuff or are they going to make me call them and talk to un-understandable CSR?
