I am unable to view my bill online

I need to submit an electronic copy of my bill to my employer for reimbursement. I have paperless billing, so I receive an email when a new bill is ready, but then I log in on tmobile.com, and I am unable to actually view my bill online. All I can access is the bill summaries on the website--not the actual bill. Even when I try the "Print" link to try to print my bill, the browser times out without ever bringing up a printable page or a print window. I've seen dozens of other comments on this forum stating basically the same problem... why is this so hard for a global tech company to figure out? Please help so I can submit my bill for reimbursement.
