I have questions about my current phone bill and i'm trying to reach a t-mobile supervisor or specialist via email, so i can explain my situation. however i can't seem to find an email address listed for t-mobile. Does anyone know? I need help! Thanks.


How to edit or delete payment methods, link on site broken

I have been unable to get any answer. I want to edit/delete payment methods stored on the site. The link has not worked for more than 24 hours. It leads to a different page, and when I click again, it goes right back to the wrong page.

 

I spent 3 hours on the phone yesterday. Two departments sent me back and forth and each insisted that the other one can make the requested change. The departments were the "refill center" that said they can only add refill minutes but cannot delete saved payment information and the "customer service center" that said they cannot access that part of my profile. Each one insisted that the other one will help me delete or edit payment info and transferred me back and forth and back and forth for more than 3 hours.

 

Which department can help me and how can I reach them? Your Facebook and Twitter "TMobileHelp" pages that state that they provide customer support from a special team of experts do not provide any support and do not reply to individual messages at all. They only tweet and post marketing messages. There are no replies at all to customer requests for actual help with account problems.

 

I just want to know who to contact by telephone or other method to resolve this issue where the link on your website does not work: editing or deleting saved payment methods.

 

Please help me.

I've been trying to view the details of my bill for this month so that I can properly split the balance between the members of my family who are on the plan, but for the past few days it will not let me view it & keeps coming up with an error that says to refresh the page, but still does not work.

I followed the instructions on this website to return my Xperia Z1S within the buyer's remorse period.  The USPS tracking shows the phone was received on the morning of the 27th.  Since then I've received no notification that T-Mobile has initiated a return or refund.  I've contacted customer service by telephone and chat multiple times and I never get the same answer.  The last rep I spoke with said she was able to confirm the phone had been received, but refused to give me any reasonable time frame for when I should expect this transaction to complete.

 

How long am I expected to wait before I should assume there is a problem?  It seems absurd that a week and a half later I've got no official indication that they've even received my $600 package.  I was hoping to order another phone, but I'm not sure I even want to at this point.

I pay all my bills via Bank of America's bill pay service.  Can I use it to refill my T-Mobile prepaid account each month?  I'm currently on the $30/month prepaid plan.

Why can't I print a receipt for my payment?

Since the change of site, I can no longer print a receipt for my payment. I can view the payment history and see the details, but there is no longer a link for a PDF that can be printed off. I need to be able to have a receipt to be reimbursed for my phone bill from work. I know that a similar question has been asked, but nothing has been done to fix this situation so I thought I would bring it to your attention again. Printing a receipt is basically the only use that the website has for me, so it is a little bit frustrating that it is no longer possible since the switch to beta.

Hey Guys-

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. On January 28th I posted in this forum under the title "How do you address overcharging upon termination? I explained that my termination fee was way over the top along with the fact they never sent me a final bill. Because of this I couldn't unlock my phone, etc...Almost immediately I got a response from a woman named Vanessa via email. She asked me to email her and she would look into this and get back to me quickly. I responded to her email explaining everything in more detail than I did on the post. It's now 9 days later and absolutely zero communication. Meanwhile I am getting daily calls from them to pay the bill. Yet I still haven't received a copy of the bill. It's pretty ridiculous and a horrible way to do business. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did they resolve it?

I have a $50 single line with t-mobile and a EIP of $4 monthly, however my first bill just came in and it says I owe $117 and some change. It's MUCH higher than I expected and it won't let me view my billing details for some reason.

I live in Illinois if that has anything to do with it.

When you go to t-mobile and start with 70 dollar unlimited plan with the purchase of a phone do you get to pay the phone off monthly with that plan even though it doesnt have a contract???? and does that plan come with a down payment or what?????

Hello, usually we are paying about 100  every month, but the last bill was 130.  I thought the plan we using has unlimited talking. I'm wondering on what  conditions a bill amount depends? Thanks.

I recently got a new SIM card and activated my service and not even like 3 days later my phone is stolen, ive tried to set up my mytmobile acct but it sends a temporary password to my phone and i dont have it so is there some way to bypass that step?

I don't see a usage link on my account. How can I see where my minutes went?

I'm on the 100 minutes, unlimited data.

 

This month it seems I run out of minutes, but I can't see any information as to where I spent them.

I wanted to know if I could log into an old account I had months ago? It went to collections and when I tried to log into mytmobile, it told me to register a new account. I'm sure someone else has that number now. Is there anyway to get old bills and usage history?

Hello,

 

I signed up with T-Mobile and purchased my phones from the wireless kiosk at Costco. The kiosk is run by a company called Wireless Advocates.

 

At the time I started service, I did not have my old phones available for trade-in (they were either in-use or out-of-state). The sales rep said "no problem". He said I could simply call into T-mobile to submit my telephone information and get my RMA numbers.

 

However, it seems that I was supposed to get the RMA numbers from the sales rep at the point-of-sale, so I'm confused.

 

I've visited the site www.t-mobile.com/devicetradein, and it won't let me do anything without an RMA number.

 

I've seen reference to a "Trade-in center" on the page "explore.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-trade-in", but there's no direct link to the trade-in center.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
