Two Early Cancellation Fees in One Month?

Dear Jessica/Adam,

 

I started my Classic plan in June 2012, after a few months I found out that this is more than what I need.  I changed it to a Value Plan on 9/18/2012, agreed to pay the Contract Termination fee ($200), thinking that I no longer have a contract service, I did not see any contract end date at the website.  Last week (10/4/2012), when I reviewed my account online, I found out that I still have a contract until 9/18/2014(?).

Please let me know if I can have:

1.  The plan change reversed so I can change to a Monthly 4G plan with only one early termination fee (ETF), or

2.  The ETF waived when I change to the Monthly 4G plan (which is more suitable to my needs) or

3.  The ETF waived when I cancel the current plan and start another no-contract plan.

 

The change was made only recently (about 3 weeks),  I sincerely hope that you can help me.  It makes no sense for me to pay the termination fees twice in one month.
