I BEEN GOING THROUGH A LOT OF STRESS. TMOBILE SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS SINCE 2007. I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. I GOT A CALL THIS PAST JANUARY SAYING I OWE THEM ALMOST 500.00 DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY DISCONNECTED TWO ACCOUNTS I OPENED IN 2006. THE PAYMENTS WERE BEING PAID HOWEVER, EVERY TIME WE WOULD MAKE A PAYMENT AT THE STORE, WE WOULD GIVE OUT OUR CELL PHONE NUMBER TRUSTING THAT IT WAS GOING TO GO TO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT RIGHT. WELL NO. IT WOULD GO TO MY SECOND ACCOUNT AND EVEN THEN THAT ACCOUNT ENDED UP IN COLLECTIONS TOO. YET NOW WHEN I GIVE THAT ACCOUNT IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN TMOBILE'S SYSTEM. I AM LUCKY I KEPT THE LAST TWO RECEIPTS AND SOME OF THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO TMOBILE AND THE COLLECTION AGENCIES. NO ONE CAN HELP ME. I SENT ALL THE PAPER WORK TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY AND THE HEADQUARTERS OF TMOBILE AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME. I TOOK ALL THE RECEIPTS TO A TMOBILE STORE AND AGAIN NO ONE CANNOT HELP ME. WHEN I GIVE MY SOCIAL SECURTIY NUMBER ONLY ONE ACCOUNT APPEARS UNDER MY NAME BUT THE OTHER ONE WHERE ALL THE PAYMENTS WENT TO, IT DOES NOT. I ALREADY PAID HALF OF 500.00 DOLLARS AND I WANT MY REFUND BACK BECAUSE THE PAYMENTS WERE PAID ON TIME AND THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE ANYWAYS AND CHARGED ME THE 200.00 DOLLARS FOR EARLY CANCELLATION. THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME BUT TO PAY THEM THATS IT. MY CONTRACT IS OVER UNTIL DECEMBER OF 2013 FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE RIGHT NOW. WITH THAT ONE IS BEEN TWICE THAT THEY CHARGE ME INTERNATIONAL CALLS BECAUSE SUPPOSELY THEM MY MOTHER IN LAW DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT IN HER CALLING CARD. SO THEN THEY TOOK OVER THE CALL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. EIGHT MINUTES OF CALLS FOR 21 DOLLARS. RIDICULOUS AMOUNT. I GUESS I AM GOING TO SAVE UP 600.00 DOLLARS AND PAY EARLY DETERMINATION FEE AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNTS. I BEEN SO STRESSED OUT, UPSET BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2004. IT IS NOT FAIR. I TOLD THEM IF I DID NOT HAVE THE PROOFS I WOULD NOT BE CALLING BUT I DO. I SENT THEM TO THEM AND WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THEM. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE THEY. PRETTY SURE THEY SEE THEM BUT THEY SAY THEY CANT. HEEEEEELLLLPPPPP!
