Due to having to quit my job for medical reasons, and my inability to get any sort of financial aide for all the medical bills I had canceled my account which I was lead to believe was a no Contract plan. I paid of my phone so that was not a reason for this fee, yet here I am sitting with a bill in my hands with a $200 early termination fee for ending my service.
Due to a third shift lifestyle and some odd phobias it is easier for me to deal with people through text than it is speech. My stutter does not help it either. This termination fee is in Error and I would like to be contacted and to have it fixed.
