T-Mobile do you get it?

I'm frustrated!! T-Mobile keeps contacting me because of an overdue bill but every time they answer they ask me; why I am contacting them, I always say; you just called me LOL.. Ok, so I've called 8 times today (Mon Sep 9th 2013 @ 14:00) and they all tell me that my bill is all paid up but they send me credit warnings that my account is past due and it's not a bill nor have I received a bill via USPS or email!! I've never recieved any bills in the mail and when I call the 800 number they always tell me I'm paid up or they simply can't understand english.
