Cant use the phone I pay for-- Cancellation fee waiver

Who do I have to contact to have the cancellation fee waived? My husband and I have been T-mobile customers for years and have been increasingly more dis-satisfied as time goes on, but no more so than this past weekend. My husband and I both rely on our phones for everything, as we dont have a landline. This past weekend niether one of our phones were working right, We couldnt hear people when we were connected on the phone with them, and there were many times that we couldnt even get our phones to dial! Not to mention that most of the text messages that I send dont arrive to the reciepient for days or even a week! Also- my data was  as slow as a slug, and didnt work for a lot of the weekend! I want to cancel our lines, but dont feel as though we should have to pay the cancellation fee for our contact, as T-mobile is not holding up to thier end of the contract. We pay them for telephone and messaging services..... Yet we dont recieve it!
