My usage detail for the month of October includes many calls that I did not make. Some of these calls lasted 2 hours or more. As a result, my entire month's worth of minutes was depleted leading to my service being cut off in the middle of a very important phone call. I added $25 dollars to my flex account so that I could make calls again and then I noticed all of this activity in my usage statement. So I called Tmobile support and a guy told me that there was something wrong with the system and that he would add 140 minutes to my account. I explained to him that I am more concerned with the root cause of the problem because I do not want to being paying someone else's phone bill every month. At that point I expected him to tell me that he would investigate and maybe give me a ticket number or something but he just repeated that he would give me 140 minutes. Actually 140 minutes is not even close to what was stolen from my balance and on top of it I am out another $25 that I put in my Flex account just so I could make calls.
If someone does decide that it is worth investigating this issue I have a spreadsheet detailing all of the activity that is not mine.
So three questions :
How did my October bill end up with 80% of the calls I did not make?
How is it possible that my calls are on the bill along with all of these obviously illegitimate calls?
Why didn't your customer support representative offer to investigate this problem?
Thanks,
Scott
