Early cancellation.

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any fees and return policies for canceling a line and returning a phone. The phone was recently purchased on Feb 13. I wanted to cancel that line and go with someone else because the network in my area is really really weak. Apparently the coverage map shows something else.
