Asking for T-Force help on this. I attempted to activate $30/month plan last night via internet with unlocked iphone 4s and TMobile starter kit with $30 credit in activation kit. Looked like it was going well, activation code, SIM serial number and IMEI were accepted by system and email was sent to me: Congratulations, your account has been activated!" and "It may take up to 24 hours for T-Mobile to process your transfer. We'll text you when the transfer is complete.". I got stuck on the next step when the web page gave me error messages when I tried to pay for the plan. I called support, the agent said that "the activation didn't go through", he took the SIM serial number from me, then the call dropped.
I'm a satisfied TMobile customer with 2 plans going now, would like to get the 3rd up and running for my daughter.
