An attempt to download prior month's usage results in the following message:

Please refresh the page to retry your request or try again later.
This problem started several months ago. T-Mobile briefly corrected it, because about a month ago it worked. But now the error is back.
I've tried two different computers and two different browsers. Same error!
Steps to reproduce:
* Log in to my T-Mobile, click Usage
* Click "View usage details"
* Click "Change bill", select a previous month's billing period. Usage data is displayed.
* Scroll to bottom of page, click "Download usage records"
