Hi, my ETF for an iphone-4 which was done online at T-mobile website has been denied as they were unable to locate the iphone 4 that i had mailed-in. Apparently no customer rep can find it with RMA number that was generated when i traded-in the phone online. Its been 8 weeks and its frustrating getting a different answer everytime i call in checking the status of this phone. Has anyone done an online trade-in, printed the mailing labels and mailed their device ?
