There is an increase between my July and June phone bills. The difference is mostly due to the an increase of the Federal Universal Service Fund. According to your fee explanation,
"Universal Service Fund Fee
The Universal Service Fund is a fee applied to all accounts. This fee increases access to advanced telecommunications services to all consumers in rural areas at reasonable rates, and provides funding for federal programs. Like some other fees, the rate of the fee changes on a regular basis as determined by the Federal Communications Commission."
The facts have not changed from my previous bill (no increase in minutes or phone plan, no announced t-mobile news, no change in location, federal programs funding had not changed since the fiscal year has not ended yet, I'm not in a rural area) so can you please explain the reason behind the increase and provide the breakdown of how this is calculated per phone plan so that I can understand this monthly fee? Also can you provide the link to the fee determined by the Federal Communications Commision as you described in the description? I was not able to find it on my own. Thank you.
