I am the head of the household and pay the bills, I have been with T-Mobile for a long time in excess of ten years, however for the past 2-4 years my family plan seems never to be the same each month, it seems there is a discrepancy each month with an overage of $250-$300, which we have to call and get an adjustment. I have had it, I'm not calling for an adjustment, I will only pay the $232.46 which is what you usually adjust it to. I will pay the $323.00 for last month, if the bill is not normalized ($232.00), I will terminate my service with you. I'm sure there are numerous providers in Jacksonville, FL., that would love to have my ($232.00). So please take whatever action is necessary to normalized my bill. Thanking you in advance.
