Lying T-Mobile Not Honoring Advantage Program Discount

I signed up with T-Mobile a bit over a year ago and I was a happy camper until I received a postcard in the mail telling me that the Advantage Program Discount that I was enrolled in that saved me 15% of my bill per month was going to end.

T-Mobile decided to change the Advantage Program this year, but they announced that people that were already enjoying the Advantage Discount Program could be grandfathered in.  They clearly do not mean what they say.  I've emailed a few T-Mobile people over this and T-Mobile decided over last SUNDAY (when they couldn't possibly have contacted the people that my Advantage Program is through) that they couldn't determine my eligibility.  I contacted the HR Manager at our 2 million square foot facility and he in turn contacted corporate HR, who gave me information on the people that our benefits such as T-Mobile are handled through.  Our benefits pertaining to T-Mobile are managed by BENEPLACE.

I contacted Beneplace and received a reply from them instructing me how to deal and be persistent with T-Mobile to get my grandfathered status validated to continue to receive my 15% discount.  I recontacted T-Mobile about this twice after I got verification from Beneplace (which T-Mobile didn't lift a finger to try to obtain) and have not received any replies to the open ticket over this.

I believe that T-Mobile wants to kill the discounts, says they will grandfather people in, but they are lying through their teeth and will try at every step to make sure that you are NOT getting your discount.

I loved T-Mobile, and no matter how great they are, when they start lying to me and blowing me off, it's going to get me just more determined to push the issue.  I do not believe that T-Mobile has or had any intention of grandfathering anyone into the Advantage Program discount, but just posted that they would.

About the T-Mobile Advantage Program

The link above is complete and utter untruth.  T-Mobile just posts stuff like this so they can try to look good; like they take care of their customers.  They don't.
