Hello, I tried to get into contact tonight about not receiving my ETF reimbursement. It was mailed as of 7/30/14, I moved out at the beginning of the month and had my mail forwarded but after speaking with live chat the address still on file was the old one. I haven't received anything from the mailbox, and it's final destination was my old address.
I was given the number to the ETF Reimbursement line but as I work everyday and go to school I don't think I'll have time to reach anyone during operating hours. Would there be a way to get in touch with a rep via E-Mail to ask about further details on where the card is, or if I can request either a new card or resubmit an ETF claim. Thanks.
