I can see from the forum and Google searches that I'm not the only one who is having or has had issues when trying to cancel their T-Mobile Account from abroad. I moved away from the USA five years ago and to date I have still been unable to cancel my account. Whenever I call to cancel I get the run around; passed from department to department with no one able to accept responsibility or deal with the issue. I end up hanging up in frustration. I believe that this is a deliberate ploy operated by T-Mobile to collect revenue unfairly and deceitfully. So far they have taken $2,308.20 from me since I left the USA.
I'm posting this now to garner support from other individuals, who may also have been scammed by T-Mobile, for a Class Action Suit against T-Mobile.
