Ok so I got a refurbished phone about 4 or 5 months back. Really loved the NOTE II by Samsung, service was a little intermittent at first. But improved as phone updated. Well, I kept getting these emails and seeing adds about adding a line for $10, so I took my teenage stepson to Walmart and got a Nokia Lumina for tmobile. As sometimes is the case it wasnt good enough for him so I went to Tmibile store in Ofallon IL on Hwy 50 and asked if I could return the phone to walmart and then come get a samsung galaxy Lite and paid a $30.00 deposit. My phone bill for the last 4 months has been 70 something and some change and that includes the $13.00 I am paying for my phone. so for 10.00 I was adding a line. Well some how my phone bill went up to $173 for one months service, by the way this was on the 25th of August less than 3 weeks ago. Now I went to the store to get some answers and was not assisted by one of the rudest little men I have ever come across, I cant report who he is because he wasn't wearing a name tag, he fumbled around at a computer then explained that they had changed my plan on the 25th less than three weeks ago. No one explained any of this the associate who had waited on me that day was present and I pointed her out to him and what I believe may have been his manager. The guy then loudly addressed me sarcastically by my first name and I let him know that I would be contacting someone because I have been frauded. I want what all the hype was leading me to believe a line added for ten dollars a month......not a phone bill that increased my cost by over 155%. Now I am where so many customers are at. Every time I call or try to chat there is an issue or reason that I cant get ahold of anyone.
So best assistance would be to have someone call me please.
On the 4th of october I will have to just let you have your phones back and go elsewhere.
