Just received the ETF Reimburement for my husbands phone line.
My line was apparently denied, because I did not port my number over to T-Mobile. We just moved and I thought it was a good idea to get a number with the new area code. The guy, who signed me up said it would not be a problem.
I just called Customer Service and they were not aware of this either.
Tomorrow I am supposed to call the ETF Reimbursement Team and see if I can port my old number over.
So now I have to hope, that Sprint did not issue my number to somebody else.
Anybody else had this problem?
