hi I bought an ipad mini witha data plan which was advertised as no contract plan(it says discount for the 2014regular price after that] Nowhere it is clear that it is a postpaid. So I did not use internet for a month and I thought since it is no contract plan. But I got an email that my account got suspended and when I called, I was horrified to learn I do have a contract even though I paid for the equipment up front. Now I paid for all the months so far ; Now I am hit with a account restoration fee($20) which was never disclosed to me upfront and the online assistant who induced me to get this plan never explained that it is postpaid with penalties; I am very disappointed with this from t mobile.they used to be good; now they are like every one else; playing games I have paid now all my dues, still have to pay this addition charges; why are they not disclosing their account restoration fee upfront?
Can this fee taken off? I feel I'm misled. Dont state this as no contract plan. no contract means people can leave it any time they want to. It is really not correct. call it what it is;
