Hello. I work for the federal gov't (Dept of the Treasury) and was informed by one of my employees that federal employees are eligible for a gov't discount. I called T-Mobile today to inquire about it and the representative told me I was already receiving said discount. I said "okay" and went on about my day. But upon reviewing my bills I don't see this discount, which I've been told is quite significant. I do receive a "corporate volume discount" because I've been carrying so many services and a loyalty discount because I've been with T-Mobile for nearly a decade. Can someone please message me about getting this gov't discount applied to my lines? Thank you.
