Hi, not sure how to go about solving this but I'm a new customer and new to t mobile and am so far having a terrible experience.
First, when I signed up for the plan I was ensured that my work discount was applied to my account and the activation fees waved. I have a receipt proving it. When I went to pay my bill it was removed and the activations fees added back on.
Customer service told is to go back to the store (a corporate location) to get it reapplied. I work odd hours so I sent my wife, who is fully authorized on the account, to take care of it. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, he applied the discount (so he said, the bill hasnt changed) and said we have to call again to have the fees waved. When I called to complain about thw employee I found out he was the manager and he argued with me on thw phone and basically called me and her liars. I need to show my work id to get the discount re applied. I dont, however, want to go back to that store. So I have threw questions. How do I get the fees waved, can I go to a different store to solve this problem, and how do I file a complaint about the manager?
