To whom it may concern I called 11/26/2012 to cancel my contact for the line
***-***-**** the only one that should have been listed under contact I am the primary account holder and my number is ***-***-**** (no contract) When I called on about 12 months ago I talked with a sales rep about leaving T-mobile due to the phones I desired where not offered. They talked me into getting the galaxy 2
For the line ending in **** never did I agree to the changing on the contract on the line ending in **** this is the reason I have not upgraded that phone on the particular line I was waiting on the other contract to end.
I called today to end the line **** contract and was informed I had two contracts I only agreed to upgrade the **** any other changes were made to better reduce my bill and keep me as a customer. I can be reached at
