Refilled my account for the first time through T-Mobile's website and my balance still empty

Hello guys,

 

I received my pay-as-you-go SIM card last week, activated it and chose the $30 plan (100min + unlimited text + unlimited data).

Today I bought $30 credits to start using the service. I did it thought T-Mobile's website and the transaction was successful, but my balance is still $2, only, and not $30. I received an email confirming the purchase, my debit card was charged but I dont have the right balance..

 

Their chat doesn't work... and the signal where I am is really really bad... so I can't call T-Mobile.

 

What should I do?
