Hello T-Mobilers
In much need of help because i am loosing my patience
May 18th I sent an email to contract dispute to dispute the contract I currently am in. It is now June 4 and still no response. They guartenee 10 business day turn around on this matter, and well they didn't follow through with their promise.
I called customer service Friday June 1 and today June 4and they are no help. All i get is an apology and "it must be frustrating" yet they have no idea. It’s pretty sad that T-Mobile can hold their customers to contract obligations but when you request information or dispute something they take forever and it is very annoying.
Anyway.... My contract was CHANGED by a T-Mobile rep in January when I asked about minute overages, without my consent, I never went through the acknowledgement on the phone. The following month when I noticed the bill was higher, I called and the rep said the only way to fix it is and change the now unlimited plan that I did not authorize back down to the plan I was originally on was to start a new contract.. I don’t think it is fair that I had to to re-agree to the automated phone system terms something agreeing to the same terms and contract as I did before because a T Mobile rep changed my contract. This now extended my contract out 2 MORE YEARS!! That is completely unfair and wrong business practice. I would not be in a contract now if it wasn't for this rep doing what they did. It's shady switch and bait and i don't understand how it is legal for a rep to just change a contract or plan without a consumers consent.
I am sick of waiting, I am sick of getting the run around. Does anyone have any information on who else I can escalate this to? If this does not resolve itself, I am going to seek legal action.
